Chimichurri del Cazador began at our table. My wife is Argentinian, and through her I came to know the food, hospitality, and place chimichurri holds at the Argentine table. As a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and a chef, I was surprised by how hard it was to find a version here with the freshness and balance I loved.
So I began making my own. Chimichurri del Cazador is our way of sharing that experience—rooted in respect for Argentine tradition, shaped by a chef’s approach, and made for everyday tables here at home.
